Cancellations and Returns (Summary)(Please do not rely on this summary: you should refer to the Terms and Conditions for the full text)
Please always contact us before returning any goods.
If within thirty days of receipt of a product the Seller is notified by the Buyer that the product is faulty then the Buyer may discuss returning the product to the Seller at the Seller's expense, however the Buyer must first receive written (emailed) approval. In most cases the Seller will arrange for collection of the goods, and consequently issue a replacement. However, any product returned to the Seller as faulty which on examination is found not to be suffering from any fault will not be credited and will be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense, and the Buyer will still be liable for the original cost of delivery.
Items damaged in the post will be replaced - in line with the above conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It would be very rare for a refund to be issued because Milksafes are 'bespoke goods' i.e. made uniquely to your specification.
